UK Customers:

Each set will be posted via 1st Class Royal Mail to ensure your item arrives safely and securely.

Express postage can be purchased for an additional charge. This provides Track 24 postage and will be posted on the day of the order for orders placed before 4pm Monday – Friday.

Orders placed at the weekend will be dealt with on the next business day.

 

Overseas Customers:

Postage will be charged at a rate of £10 with a £1 charge for each additional item. This will provide International Tracked postage that should provide delivery within 7 – 10 working days. Sarison Gifts is not responsible for any delays in the postage system including delays at customs.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or tariffs that may apply. Sarison Gifts does not cover these charges, and they may be assessed by your country’s customs office upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local authorities for details before placing your order. Sarison Gifts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
